Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the TinyProof iOS app operated by Duong Phan Thai (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading or using TinyProof, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TinyProof is a personal habit-tracking app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
TinyProof offers an auto-renewable subscription (“TinyProof Pro”) that unlocks additional features:
Billing: Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All content, design, and code in TinyProof is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.
TinyProof is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
